Cancellation Guarantee
You may cancel your order within 14 days of your receipt of the goods, and we will refund to your card within 20 working days of return of cancelled items. Postage and Packaging are not refundable however.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

Exchange Guarantee
We are happy to exchange unused items within 14 days; however the new items will incur a postage and package charge. You will be informed of the cost on contacting us. This will be debited to your account at the time of dispatch.

Billing Policy
We charge for goods on order, as we can usually deliver very quickly. If however there are delays and you wish to cancel your order, on your request, we will refund your card promptly on a 'no quibble' basis.  You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or on-line. Please do not send credit card details by e-mail.

TAX CHARGES
All quoted prices include VAT where applicable.

Standard Delivery - 6 Euros Flat Rate

Cydanceshop.com charge the same flat handling/delivery charge, regardless of the size of your order - The more you buy, the more you save! Standard Deliveries are normally delivered within 3 to 5 working days of order. Orders placed before 1:00PM, Monday to Friday are normally dispatched the same working day subject to stock availability. If for any reason we are out of stock, we would expect to dispatch your order within 12 days. This is a 'token' flat fee of 6 Euros for standard delivery, regardless of the size of your order. This charge will automatically be added to your order.

RETURNS POLICY
If you need exchange or return any items received please email us at to advise of this, we will then advise you how to return the item to ourselves. 

We do not offer cash refunds only exchanges or credit notes.

Items may only be returned with 30 days of the initial purchase.

Also please note that tights, socks, under garments and gents support belts are non returnable for hygiene reasons.
